Our website does not have a contact form. When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, or use our services, we may process the following information:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The address where we provide our services.
- The content of your messages and information about your requirements.
- Details of quotes, appointments and bookings.
- Invoice and payment details, where necessary for our administration.
Please share only the information necessary for your enquiry or booking. Do not share sensitive personal data unless it is necessary.
Why do we process your personal data?
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Answering your questions and staying in contact with you.
- Preparing quotes and scheduling appointments.
- Providing our cleaning, laundry and garden maintenance services.
- Managing bookings, invoices and payments.
- Handling enquiries, complaints and any disputes.
- Protecting the security of our website and services.
- Complying with legal obligations.
What are our legal bases for processing data?
We process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
Entering into and performing a contract
For example, when you request a quote, make an appointment or use one of our services.
Legal obligation
For example, keeping and retaining our tax records.
Legitimate interests
For example, protecting our services, managing business correspondence or defending our rights in a dispute. We balance these interests against your privacy interests.
Consent
Where consent is required, for example for certain cookies, we ask for it in advance. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew your consent.
If information is necessary to carry out a booking or comply with a legal obligation, we may be unable to provide the service if you do not supply that information.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received it.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking
We delete WhatsApp messages and emails about enquiries that do not lead to a booking no later than six months after the last contact, unless there is a specific reason to keep them longer, such as an ongoing dispute.
Completed bookings
We keep booking information for as long as necessary to provide and complete the service and handle any legal claims. We then delete information that is no longer needed.
Administration and invoices
We generally retain information forming part of our basic tax records for seven years. Where a different statutory retention period applies, we follow that period.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We do not sell your personal data.
We share information only where necessary to provide our services, manage our administration or comply with a legal obligation. The following parties may be involved:
- Hostinger: for hosting our website.
- Google (Gmail): for our email communications.
- WhatsApp: when you contact us via WhatsApp.
- Competent public authorities: where we are legally required to provide information.
We currently manage our administration ourselves and do not use an external accountant or a separate online bookkeeping service.
Where a service provider processes personal data on our behalf, we put in place the agreements required by data protection law.
Processing outside the European Economic Area
When we use international service providers, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area.
When we transfer personal data to such countries, a valid legal mechanism must be in place, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
You can contact us for more information about the safeguards applicable to our processing of personal data. For processing carried out by external services themselves, such as WhatsApp and Gmail, please also refer to their privacy policies.
Website and cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and manage your cookie preferences. We use SureCookie to manage these preferences.
For cookies that require consent, we ask for your permission in advance. You can change your choices through the cookie settings on our website. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. This may affect how some parts of the website function.
Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and server logs, to operate, secure and maintain the website.
WhatsApp and external links
Our website contains links to WhatsApp. Clicking these links opens an external service. WhatsApp processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The privacy policies of the relevant providers also apply to any other external websites we may link to.
How do we protect your data?
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised alteration and unauthorised access.
We limit access to personal data to what is necessary for our work. If you suspect that your data is not adequately protected or is being misused, please contact us at primeserviceschoon@gmail.com.
What rights do you have?
Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:

These rights are not unlimited. For example, we may need to retain certain information to comply with a legal obligation.
You can send a request to primeserviceschoon@gmail.com. If necessary, we will ask for additional information to verify your identity. We will not request more information than necessary.
We generally respond within one month of receiving your request. If the complexity or number of requests requires more time, we may extend this period by up to two additional months. We will inform you of this within the first month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens:
